What is the best way to place my Valentine's order?

Our online store at GeorgesFlowers.com is easy, fast and secure.  You can view and order our Valentine's Day featured floral designs, roses and plants.

What is the best way to contact George's Flowers if I have a questions about my order?

The fasted and most efficient way to contact our Customer Service team during the very busy Valentine's holiday is by sending an email to CustomerService@Georgesflowers.com.  Our team members will respond during business hours. 

How do I know my delivery has been completed?

We send email or text delivery confirmations to the email or mobile number provided during the ordering process.  A majority of our delivery confirmations are sent in real time.  However during busy holiday periods some delivery runs are checked in manually upon drivers return.  Remember at some delivery locations our drivers are required to drop off flowers in a central delivery location, leave with receptionist, front desk  or security guards. 

As we try to serve as many customers as possible, while still operating with limited staff, our ability to provide delivery updates and/or specific ETA is extremely limited once your order is being routed, loaded or out for delivery.  

Rest assured, our delivery team works very hard to complete Every delivery as quickly as possible.  

Can an arrangement or online item be modified from what i see while shopping at Georgesflowers.com, shopping in store or by phone?

In order to help as many customers as possible, we're unable to make any changes or modifications to our offerings from what is shown. 

Remember each design is being handcrafted by our talented floral artist.  We manage that process to make our business run smoothly, efficiently, profitable and not over work or cause unnecessary stress on our entire team. 

Can I order something that is not on Valentine's menu and offerings?

To serve as many customers as possible, orders being placed for both in-store pickups and/or delivery from Jan 24 - Feb 15 are limited to what you see active and available in the Valentine section of the website, though sympathy/funeral orders may still be placed from the Sympathy section.

Can you make a custom or special order that I don't see online?

We created our Valentine Catalogue with the intention of offering as wide a selection as possible to as many customers as possible during this time of incredible demand.  However, we do have a limited number of spots for custom arrangements starting at $250.

Can I place an order for Will Call / Pickup?

Customers will be able to place orders for will-call pickup at our retail location as long as those orders are placed at least one day in advance.

Because of COVID related staffing and safety issues, we will NOT offer same-day will-call ordering on February 12, 13 or 14.

Regardless, our retail store will be full to the brim of vase arrangements and grab-and-go bouquets of all shapes and sizes, so there will be plenty to choose from even for walk-in customers.

What is Seasonal Pricing?

We pay the market price for flowers during holidays.  We also incur additional shipping and delivery surcharges. Every supply used in creating our product such as vases, baskets, containers, chemical easels,  has increased during the past  2  years of Covid  Some of those items doubled in cost.  To serve as many customers as possible we also rent additional walk-in coolers, delivery vehicles.  Our employees are also paid time and a half and double time for the long hours worked to make it all happen.  MANY HANDS to handcraft and deliver our beautiful product.
