Delivery Information

For Express Delivery please see add on section when ordering. Express fees are in addition to regular delivery fee. You may also call 540-283-4299 or 877-408-0512 to inquire about time-specific or express delivery. Additional delivery fee will apply to time specific or express deliveries.
We cannot honor time requests unless purchased in the add on section during order placement. 

Orders placed by phone to George's Flowers may have slightly higher delivery fees.

If Sunday delivery is requested it is understood that Monday will be the alternate delivery day without notice.

During Holidays, we cannot guarantee same day delivery to all areas.

Out of Town Delivery : Anywhere in the US or Canada We offer same day service for orders placed by 12:00 PM in recipient's time zone. All orders for delivery outside our local area are subject to a $14.95 Delivery/processing fee. 

International delivery : Worldwide We require a 72 hour minimum advance order. For your convenience, you can order for international delivery online here. A $17.95 service fee applies to all orders for delivery outside the US or Canada

 

*The recipient may be called to schedule delivery. Depending upon Weather conditions,  distance from our shop, difficult traffic or road conditions.
We do not accept requests for delivery at specific times of day. Unless you have purchased rush or special delivery options.

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner.

For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 7pm.

 
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Basic delivery fees will be applied and charged for redelivery. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 5pm.*
