Why Order from George's?
We are a REAL BRICK & MORTAR PROFESSIONAL FLORIST. We are large enough to
serve you but small enough to give your order personal attention. Our Design Team
has over 82 years of design experience. We continually educate our designers,
and employees on the latest design styles, and most current flower processing
techniques to send out the longest lasting and freshest floral gifts. Our state
of the art order processing software allows us to quickly and efficiently take
your order, deliver your gift and provide you with order, and delivery confirmations.
Through out our 20+ year history George's has been known for commitment to Quality,
Cutting edge technology and exceeding customer expectations. We will handle your
online or phone order the same way we handle a local customer standing in our
Wonderful shop with individualized, personal attention, a

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

How do I know my order was received?
All online orders are confirmed via e-mail. If your email is returned to us, we
will attempt to phone you during business hours. If you provide us with a fax
or email address, we will send you an order confirmation and delivery confirmation.
What happens to my order if the recipient is not
home upon delivery?
If the recipient is not at home and we are the delivering florist may choose to
do one of the following:
a) Leave a note on the door, asking them to call
to reschedule the delivery.
b) Leave the delivery in a covered and secure area
with a note explaining the location of the delivery.
c) Leave the delivery with a neighbor with a note
explaining where to pick up the delivery.
d) Call the recipient ahead of time to schedule
an appropriate time for delivery.
If you do not wish for the us or the delivering florist to use any of the above
procedures - please note this in the special instructions box when placing your
order.
Do you deliver on Sunday?
The majority of florist do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery on Sunday for out of town orders. Monday is automatically the alternate delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
We make every effort to process your order as soon as it is received into our
system. Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.
Out of town orders cannot be
canceled once we have sent your order to the other florist. Cancellation requests
after 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
How do I know if my gift has been successfully
delivered?
All deliveries will be made on the date you requested unless complications arise,
which may include incorrect delivery address, no one is home, the recipient has
left work, the recipient was discharged from hospital, or inclement weather and
hazardous road conditions.
Note: we will answer all inquiries in the timeliest manor possible. Some inquiries
cannot be researched and resolved until we contact the delivery florist during
their business hours. We will contact you by your choice of email or phone.
Is my information provided during ordering kept private?
We do not sell our customer list or information to any companies. We may from
time to time send out email from our company concerning special offers or holiday
reminders. If you do not wish to receive any mailings from us please email, you
can opt-out online, call us, or write us to be removed from such mailings. If
you receive a mailing and would like to be removed from our list, you can click
the link provided in the email or click here to opt-out.
We honor all requests to be removed from our mailing list.
